The chakras

 THE CHAKRAS

 ROOT CHAKRA: represents strength, security, instincts.  It is blocked by fear and as consequences of its blocking we have feelings of uprooting, guilt or fears to face daily life.

 SEXUAL CHAKRA: represents healthy sexuality, emotions and happiness, it is blocked by the feeling of guilt and is reflected in the fears of enjoyment or displeasure in the day to day.

 SOLAR PLEXUS: represents vital energy and personal power and is blocked with shame, causing problems in the digestive system, chronic fatigue, a sense of interiority, guilt, insecurity and dissatisfaction.

 HEART CHAKRA: Represents love, compassion and hope.  It is the connection point between the physical plane and the spiritual dimension.  It is blocked by rejection of feelings of love, resentment, and hatred.  Heart problems, inability to give love and selfishness are the consequences of having this chakra blocked.

 THROAT CHAKRA: Represents communication, truth, expression.  It gets blocked with the lies we tell ourselves and others.  Its blockage results in problems in the speech apparatus, fear of speaking or talking too much.

 THIRD EYE CHAKRA: Represents intuition, clairvoyance and logic.  It is blocked by the denial of our powers and the astral rubbish.  The consequence of having it blocked is to be unable to discern between the true from the false and to break with the illusions of which we are prey.

 CROWN CHAKRA: understanding, spirituality, awareness.  The element of this chakra is thought, so it has the power of the mind and is linked to communication with the universe.  Having this chakra blocked is equivalent to having concentration problems, the ability to elaborate one's own thoughts and arrogance, which is precisely the latter the cause of the blockages of this chakra.
